My grandmother lived to the age of 96 – which leaves some pretty fine longevity in my bloodlines. What about you? Are you on track to live to be a healthy and happy hundred year old?

Enter the Blue Zone and this week’s guest on Your Life, Unlimited radio show, Nick Buettner.

Journey to these longest-lived cultures, sharing with them the 9 commonalities that all of the Blue Zones share.  Pick up the book Blue Zones – Lesson for Living Longer from People Who’ve Lived the Longest and enjoy the entire show podcasted here:  Your Life, Unlimited with Stephanie Staples and Nick Buettner.

They are now developing Blue Zones in cities and businesses across the country. Their mission to help people live longer, better lives – is spreading. Learn how you can get involved.
