O’Brien Provincial Park reopened

Alberta Parks has announced on social media that O’Brien Provincial Park has officially reopened after overland flooding in 2020 caused damaged to the park.

While the park is once again open, Alberta Parks says the lower, riverside trail west of the day use area is closed due to downed trees and significant erosion. The upper trail can still be accessed by the park entrance.

The park will be open until November 1
