It is with heavy hearts and much love that we announce the peaceful passing of Jerry Dwyer, 45 on August 23, 2021.
Jerry married Jennifer, the love of his life on September 10, 2005. He was a dedicated employee at Halliburton, a job and company that he loved. Jerry always surrounded people with open arms and was a loving husband, devoted father, cherished son and brother. He loved hockey, baseball and football, both playing and watching.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Jennifer Dwyer, children Aiden Dennis and Liam Thomas; his parents Dennis and Bernadette Dwyer, and siblings; John Dwyer, Judy Hurley (Mark, Jonah, Elijah and Malachy), Jeff Dwyer (Sherry-Lynn, Isaiah and Parker), Jennifer’s siblings; Dave Clark (Bonnie, Colesten, Jacksyn, Alex and Addison), John Clark (Crystal, Corbin, Keltie, Thomas and Rose), Leanne Warner (Jason, Derian), as well as all of his family across the country. He is also survived by his mother-in-law and father-in-law Susan and Rick Warner and mother-in-law Maryellen Clark.
He was predeceased by his godfather Allan Coady and his father-in-law Tom Clark.
A funeral service for Jerry will be held on Monday, August 30th at 2pm at St. Joseph Church, 10404 102 Street, Grande Prairie. A reflection of life will be held at Tranquil Hall following the service.
To continue the celebration of life, a gathering of friends and family will follow at Dustin Andrew’s home at 9660 77 Avenue, South Patterson, Grande Prairie. Please bring your own chair.
