Technical problems plaguing MyHealth Records app

Technical problems with Alberta’s MyHealth Records app is making it a challenge for some residents to prove they are vaccinated against COVID-19.

The government is encouraging Albertans to use the app to get their immunization records.

Unlike some other provinces, Alberta is not issuing vaccine cards or passports.

Some people are reporting they can’t get their records.

A notice on the app says it is experiencing technical issues and some information may not be up-to-date.
