Paul Rovin Ngemital vying for a seat on City Council
With the municipal election quickly approaching, another resident in the City of Grande Prairie is gearing up for election day on October 18.
Paul Rovin Ngemital has lived in Grande Prairie since 2014 and says he decided to run for council because he wants to make Grande Prairie a safer and more inclusive community.
“This community is growing, and the way things are going, if it wasn’t this pandemic, we will be having a lot of people very, very willing to come here because this community is a welcoming, safe, and a very good place to raise our kids to grow and play.”
“I am an immigrant so I think that having a safe and inclusive community would be a benefit for the diversity we have in this community,” said Ngemital.
