County snow removal crews to try again to clear 112th and 113th avenues in Clairmont

Snow removal crews in the County of Grande Prairie will spend tomorrow and Thursday clearing sections of 112th and 113th avenues in Clairmont.

Work will begin with removing snow buildup on 112th avenue between 95th and 96th streets, before going to 113th avenue between 95th and 98th streets.

In a release, the County says snow removal in these areas has been challenged due to vehicles being parked along the street, even though temporary parking bans have been in place.

Parking bans will be in place on these roads from 7 am to 7 pm on those days, and County Regional Enforcement Services will be patrolling the area, potentially ticketing or towing vehicles that are parked on these streets during the parking bans.
