AJHL names Storm goaltender Mackenzie February Player of the Month

The AJHL has announced goaltender Connor Mackenzie as its AJHL Player of the Month for February.

In the last month of the season, Mackenzie posted a record of 8-2-1 as he attempted to lead the Storm to a playoff birth.

While the Storm couldn’t clinch a spot in the AJHL playoffs, they were able to rattle off an eight straight game winning streak.

The 19-year-old appeared in 16 games for the Storm this season, registering a record of 10-4-2 and a .907 save percentage.
