Navs and Flyers clash in do or die Game 5

One of the North West Junior Hockey League 1st round series will come to an end Wednesday night in Peace River.

The North Peace Navigators host the Fairview Flyers in Game 5 of their best of five series.

The series is tied at 2 games a piece, and the road team has won every contest so far in the series.

Not only has the playoff series been even between these two clubs, but so was the regular season.

In total, the two clubs have met 12 times combined in both the regular season and the playoffs, and each team has won 6 times.

Puck drop for Wednesday night’s Game 5 is at 8:00 p.m. in Peace River.

The other opening round series between the Sundown Oilfield Services Sexsmith Vipers and the JDA Kings will resume Thursday with Game 5 at the County Sportsplex.

The NWJHL 2nd round will begin on Friday.
