UPDATE: Some weather warnings remain in place for the Peace

Environment Canada still has a rainfall warning for the Grande Prairie-Beaverlodge-Valleyview forecast area

There could be some snow mixed in with rain on Wednesday and Thursday.

Rain and snow warnings are in place for the areas from Birch Hills and Saddles Hills County north through the County of Northern Lights. Heavy snow is expected over higher terrain.

There’s a possibility there could be 30 millimeters of rain by Thursday.

Warnings for the Whitecourt and Fox Creek areas have ended.

The north part of the BC Peace has a snowfall warning and the south part has a special weather statement. That snowfall warning is calling for anywhere from 10 to 20 cm in places by Friday. The special weather statement says there will be rain and snow with 10 cm of snow possible in some places.
