Grande Prairie RCMP looking for stolen aircraft engine

Mounties are looking for an aircraft engine that was recently stolen from a rural property near Grande Prairie.

The Rotax 503 Aircraft Engine, which comes with a wooden propeller, was taken from an area near Highway 43 and Range Road 53 sometime between July 31st and August 14th.

It is valued at over $8,000.

Police are asking the public for assistance in locating this item.
