Construction complete at new South Bear ball diamonds

City Hall says in a Facebook post that the construction of two new ball diamonds at South Bear has been completed.

People are being asked to stay off the diamonds until they officially open in the spring.

The same post says that South Bear sees more than 3000 users each year.

The work had started in May.

An $800,000 grant to the city from the Canada Infrastructure Program was put towards this project.
