Storm bolster blueline with pair of deals

For the second time in a week, the Grande Prairie Storm have acquired a defenceman that previously spent some time in the QMJHL.

The Storm picked up the rights to 20-year-old Antoine Desrochers from Princeville of the QJHL in exchange for forward Gabriel Fillion.

Desrochers had just recently been released by Chicoutimi of the QMJHL after recording 4 points in 10 games.

Prior to that, he spent parts of 4 seasons with the Victoriaville Tigres, winning a QMJHL title back in 2021.
