Peace River MLA selected as new Deputy Whip for UCP

A Peace region MLA is the new Deputy Whip of the United Conservative Party.
Peace River MLA Dan Williams has been selected by his fellow caucus members to the position on Tuesday.
In a news release, Williams says he plans to focus on a stable, competent governing caucus that puts Albertans first.
He also says the role is very important in carrying out the business of the government, adding he is looking forward to working with new Premier Danielle Smith and the rest of the government.
