Grande Prairie RCMP looking for stabbing suspects

Grande Prairie Mounties are hoping someone can help them identify suspects wanted in relation to an alleged assault early Tuesday morning south of the downtown.

They say they received a call at around 5:19 AM about a stabbing at a residence in the area of 84 and 86 Avenues, between 99 and 100 Streets.

Police arrived to find a 50-year-old man with serious injuries. He was taken to hospital by EMS.

RCMP believe this is an isolated incident, adding the suspects fled the scene before they arrived.

Anyone that was in that area between 4:30 and 5:30 Tuesday morning and has dash cam or doorbell/property surveillance video from that area at that time is asked to contact the Grande Prairie detachment at 780-830-5700 or their local police.
