The Arctic Winter Games wrapped up Saturday and team Alberta North wound up third in the medal standings.

Alberta has 144 ulus, with results from Saturday’s competition still to be added in.

That breaks down to 42 gold, 60 silver, and 42 bronze.

Yukon topped the standings.

A list of all the ulu winners for Team Alberta North can be found here.

Wood Buffalo was the first Alberta community to host the games since Grande Prairie was the host in 2010.

The next Arctic Winter Games are set for March 10-16, 2024 in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska.
