On Friday night, the Storm will be in Whitecourt taking on the Wolverines, after beating them 8-7 on Tuesday.

On Saturday, the boys will head up to Fort McMurray to Centerfire Place to play the Oil Barons in a 7:30 p.m. match.
The Grande Prairie Athletics are now tied in their first-round series with the Spirit River Rangers after Spirit River beat the Atheltic’s Thursday night, 9-2.
Game 1 was originally a loss for the A’s but Hockey Alberta and the North Peace Hockey League overturned the Ranger’s win after it was determined one of their players was ineligible to play due to a coaching suspension in a minor hockey league.
The series is tied at a game apiece as the A’s look to gain the series lead when the Rangers visit Design Works Centre at 8:30 p.m.
Also tonight, Valleyview Jets hosts Manning Comets with the Jets leading the east semi-final 1-0.
There are seven games on tap this weekend in the North West Junior Hockey League.

On Sunday, the lone game has La Crete in Beaverlodge for a 2:00 p.m. matinee match.
