New school at NWP Fairview campus being looked at

A joint initiative is being undertaken to explore future education possibilities in the Fairview area.
Northwestern Polytechnic, Peace River School Division, and the Grande Prairie Catholic school district are combining forces to host what they call a value-scoping session in the community.
The goal is to gain feedback and visions from residents and other key stakeholders, with a particular focus on the benefits of an idea to build a joint Junior and Senior High school at NWP’s Fairview campus.
The proposed facility would house students E.E. Oliver school, Fairview High School, Fairview and Area Learning Store, and St Thomas More Catholic school, which are all high on the priority list for Capital plans for the two respective school divisions.
