Dream home ticket sales soaring past last year’s pace as another early bird prize deadline approaches
Organizers of this year’s Rotary Dream Home lottery are thrilled with how ticket sales are going so far.
Lottery manager Melissa Coulombe says they have already sold around 70 per cent of tickets for this year’s draw, which is a similar level to where they were near the end of last year’s lottery.
Except right now, they still have seven weeks remaining for people to buy their tickets
She cites an improving economy, an outstanding grand prize, the success of their 30th-anniversary ticket packages, and a few other new marketing ideas as reasons for the strong start to this year’s lottery.
