NWP to host first ‘NWP Business Conference’ next week

The 30th annual NWP Business Conference is set to take place at NWP on Tuesday, March 21. This is the first one to be held under the name Northwestern Polytechnic name

The conference will feature some changes from years prior.

This year’s conference will be open to the public as well as students, with tickets available on Bonnetts Energy’s website. However, any NWP business students or interested high school students can attend for free.

The event is also student-led, with students from NWP’s BA2000 Contemporary Issues in Business class overseeing the whole conference. The students designed this event to provide an outside-the-classroom experience, learning about things that are “beyond business”.

The conference is highlighted by keynote speaker Komal Minhas, along with some other distinguished speakers having their own breakout sessions throughout the conference.
