Majority of city-owned facilities to be closed on Good Friday

The city has announced that a number of its facilities will be closed this Friday in observance of Good Friday.

Among the buildings that will be closed that day are city hall, City on 99th, the City Service Centre, the Activity and Reception Centre in Smith, Bonnetts Energy Centre, Dave Barr Community Centre, Montrose Cultural Centre, and the Grande Prairie Museum.

The Eastlink Centre, Design Works Centre, and Ernie Radbourne Pavillion in Muskoseepi Park will all be open on Friday from noon to 5 pm.

All city facilities normally open on Sundays will be open for regular hours this Easter Sunday.
