No injuries in Mission Heights neighbourhood multi-home fire

On Wednesday morning shortly after 3:00 a.m., the Grande Prairie Fire Department responded toa report of a structure fire in the Mission Heights neighbourhood.

Upon arrival, there were two homes involved in the fire and crews were able to extinguish the flames in a short period of time.

The fire department says it is likely that both homes will be a total loss due to the damages.

Several vehicles were also involved in the fire and damaged.

There were thankfully no injuries, but multiple occupants have been displaced.

The fire is currently being investigated by the Grande Prairie Fire Department investigator.
