Fire damages two homes in Countryside South

Nobody was injured but multiple people have been displaced as a result of a fire late Friday afternoon in the Countryside South neighbourhood.

Grande Prairie Fire Department received the call at around 4:55 p.m. Friday April 21.

Once they arrived, they found flames coming from one home, which had spread to the neighbouring residence to the north.

Crews worked quickly to suppress the fire and keep it from spreading to other nearby homes.
