Youth golf tournament coming to Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club

The first-ever youth golf tournament is coming to the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club.

The McLennan Ross Alberta Junior Tour will arrive in Grande Prairie on July 10, and is open to any child under the age of 18 as of August 1, 2023.

No handicap index is required to play and kids will be broken up into Boys and Girls categories, along with four different age divisions:

• 8 – 12 years
• 13 – 14 years
• 15 – 16 years
• 17 – 18 years

To participate, youth will also need to pay a fee of $74, or $54 if they are a member of the Country Club.
