Sponsor event leads to brief closure of outdoor pool on Thursday

The city has announced that the Aquatera outdoor pool will be closed Thursday, July 6, due to a sponsor event.

The closure will be from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The public can still access the outdoor pool for swimming from noon to 4 pm tomorrow.

Residents are also reminded that the Eastlink Centre pool will be open for public swimming tomorrow from 1-3 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m.

The outdoor pool will return to regular operating hours on Friday, July 7 from noon to 10 p.m.
