Peace Regional RCMP arrest a suspect following B&E at a residence
RCMP have arrested a Peace River resident for break and entering and mischief.
Peace Regional RCMP was called to the Peace River area around 6:30 a.m. on August 16, after reports of mischief at a residence around 98 Street, followed by reports of a suspect attempting to break into a residence on 101 Street and threatening the occupants.
The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of 35-year-old Darcey Lloyd Brett under six charges, including two counts of uttering threats, mischief under $5,000, and breaking and entering into a residence.
Brett was remanded into custody to appear in court on August 21.
