Mighty Peace Football League Friday, High Prairie in Whitecourt starts at 4 p.m. St. Joe’s and Peace Wapiti Academy will kick off at 6 p.m. at CKC Field. Saturday, the Phoenix visit the Saints in Fort McMurray. Game time will be 11 a.m.
Bantam football Saturday, Broncos play the Norseman at 1 p.m. at CKC Field. Outlaws in Peace River also at 1. Raiders at the Bulldogs at 4 p.m. in Wembley.
Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves soccer will visit Concordia University Saturday and Kings University on Sunday.
Nitehawk is hosting its Mountain Bike Races Saturday. Registration and practice go from 9 to 11 a.m. with racing starting at 11. There are age categories from 6-8-year-olds all the way to 50+. Registration and more information through the Nitehawk website.
