GPPSD celebrating Orange Shirt Day and National Day for Truth and Reconciliation September 29

The Grande Prairie Public School Division is organizing activities and events to honor the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The division’s 18 schools will be honoring reconciliation with assemblies, classroom presentations, art projects, and by wearing orange shirts to school on Friday.
Across the division, flags will be hung at half-mast from Friday, September 29 until Monday, October 2.
