Whispering Pines Ski Area opening for the season

The Whispering Pines Ski Area near Worsley will be opening for the season on Saturday, December 16.

Lifts will operate from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, with the rental shop opening at 9 a.m.

New for this season, the hill is now a part of the Northern Alberta Small Ski Area Passport Program, which means the first 100 residents to purchase a season pass from the Whispering Pines Ski Area will receive the NASSA pass and can ski at Little Smoky, Nitehawk, Misery Mountain, Fairview, and Manning for free all season.
