Police searched the vehicle and the passenger has a firearm on him. They also found a satchel containing multiple scales, baggies, and 102 grams of cocaine as well as $3,020 in cash.

As a result of the traffic stop and investigation, High Level RCMP have charged the driver, 25-year-old Cory James Beaulieu with:

Both men were brought before a Justice of the Peace.

Beaulieu was remanded into custody and is to be in High Level court on January 2, 2024.
