Grande Prairie’s New Year’s Eve-ning Out draws crowd to celebrate start of 2024

Hundreds of people gathered around the Ernie Radbourne Pavilion in Muskoseepi park last night to usher in the New Year.

Grande Prairie’s New Year’s Eve-ning Out featured various events and activities including horse-drawn carriage rides, face painting, live music and an ice-skating party with a DJ as everyone geared up for midnight.

A major highlight of the event was the fire dancing performance from local troupe Dream Dance Circus led by Creative Director Marcia Tofer.

Finally, the evening wrapped up with a 16-minute fire works display that lit up the sky.
