UPDATE: Phone line disruption for Access GP ended

UPDATE:

As of 3:00 p.m. all Access GP telephones are back up.

The City is thanking everyone for their patience as we work through the backlog and continue to serve you at our quality standard.

The phone lines for Access GP are being impacted today (January 10, 2024) by a temporary service disruption.

This is affecting dispatch for getting a hold of:

  • The City of GP’s 311 service
  • Enforcement Services
  • Bonnetts Energy Centre
  • Eastlink Centre

Access GP says residents can still contact them through email at info@cityofgp.com or online at access.cityofgp.com, until the issue is resolved.
