ED CLOSURE

Fairview Health Complex ED without on-site physician multiple times over four day period

The Fairview Health Complex Emergency Department could be without an on-site physician for several days this week.

Due to an inability to secure physician coverage, there will be no on-site physician from 7:00 a.m. Wednesday till 7:00 a.m. Thursday, and then again from 7:00 a.m. Friday to 7:00 a.m. Saturday.

If patients call 911 with a medical emergency, EMS remains available to transport them to surrounding healthcare facilities.

If coverage is found the disruptions may be cancelled.
