City organizing land auction March 15

Per the Municipal Government Act, the City of Grande Prairie is auctioning off six parcels of land later this month.

The properties being auctioned off include 10019 94 Avenue, 10113 93 Avenue, 9325 62 Avenue, and more.

Each land is being offered on an “as is, where is” basis and the City makes no representation and gives no warranty on the state and developability of the land.

No bids will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to the sale.
