County of GP launches new utility bill payment service

The County of Grande Prairie is introducing a new utility billing system to create a more convenient and accessible experience.
The MyProperty program will allow residents to access their utility information 24/7 with an updated bill design with all the essential details.
Users are being reminded to update their account number for online banking, credit card payments, and in-person visits.
Users can sign up for the service’s e-billing to receive notifications when their bill is online, with bills no longer being sent by e-mail as of April.
