New team makes WBL debut Wednesday night

A new team will take to the diamond for the first time Wednesday night in the Wheatbelt Baseball League.

The new Sexsmith Rainiers play their first game in Rycroft.

Also Wednesday, Grimshaw visits Manning and High Prairie travels to Peace River.

Those games all start at 7:15 p.m.

Saturday, Sexsmith in Peace River at 3 p.m. then the Rainiers travel to Manning for an 11 p.m. start.

Sunday, High Prairie at the County Brewers starts at 1 p.m.
