PWPSD and GPPSD announce new principals for 2024-2025 school year

Two school divisions have announced some changes at the administration team at certain schools.

The Grande Prairie Public School Division announced last Tuesday that three schools would be starting the 2024-2025 school year with new principals.

Maude Clifford Public School will now be run by James Hudyma former vice principal at Riverstone Public School, Ecole Montrose will now have Matthew Pepper as the principal after serving at Isabel Campbell Public School, who will now have former principal Teresa Rawlyk taking back the reigns.

Meanwhile, the Peace Wapiti Public School Division announced Robert W. Zahara School in Sexsmith is getting a new acting principal with Mrs. Stacy Rorem will be taking the top spot after serving as assistant principal since 2012.

Beaverlodge Elementary School will be getting Ms. Stacey Rey as acting principal after serving as assistant principal since 2020.
