City of Grande Prairie opens Municipal Fee Rebate applications

The City of Grande Prairie is accepting applications for an expanded Municipal Fee Rebate program.

The program offers incentives to developers and property owners building or upgrading their properties by reducing or eliminating certain fees associated with the project.

Following the approval of amendments to Policy 357, the program has been expanded to include secondary suites, multi-attached dwellings and large-scale apartment buildings, and now no longer has a $10,000 cap on projects limit per builder.

Applications for the rebate program will be open until December 30, 2025.
