Province studying possible expansion at Grande Prairie courthouse

The provincial government has started looking at expansion at the Grande Prairie courthouse.

A brief statement Alberta Infrastructure press secretary Benji Smith emailed to EverythingGP says the ministry is “currently working on a planning study to address the needs” of the facility.

The statement also says that plan will be used “to develop solutions to any current space and program related issues with the building” but did not elaborate on specifics.

Smith says Alberta Infrastructure hopes to have this study completed by this fall.
