Alberta Day celebration in Bezanson on Sunday

There is a number of celebrations being held across the province over the Labour Day long weekend to celebrate Alberta Day on September 1!

The County of Grande Prairie is hosting an Alberta Day festival in Bezanson from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Bezanson Community Event Centre.

It will have:

• Food trucks
• Community group showcase highlighting the history, culture, and art of the area
• Family Corner with bouncy castles, face painting and carnival games, and treats
• Alberta Marketplace with local and Alberta Made growers, makers, and bakers, thanks to the Bezanson Ag Society

The main stage will also feature inspiring speeches and performances throughout the event.
