Two fatalities in Peace River airport crash

Mounties with the Peace River and Grimshaw detachments have provided an update on the airplane crash at the Peace River Airport on Tuesday.
At approximately 4:50 p.m., RCMP responded to a report of a crash at the airport, where a 30-year-old man from Manning and a 27-year-old man from Australia, were declared deceased at the scene.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada has taken charge of this investigation and no further information from RCMP will be given.
RCMP sends their condolences to the loved ones and friends of the deceased.
