City and County of Grande Prairie Councils to be presented with revised Intermunicipal Development Plan Draft at public hearing Oct. 15

The City and County of Grande Prairie have set a date for a joint public hearing regarding the Intermunicipal Development Plan.

Both councils will be at Teresa Sargent Hall October 15 to be presented with the revised document following months of public consultation.

The IDP is a document required by the Municipal Government Act to outline a vision for development and infrastructure near municipal boundaries.

An open house for the public to review the draft prior to the hearing is happening October 7 at Teresa Sargent Hall.
