The Town of Wembley is congratulating a member of Town Council for receiving an award from Alberta Municipalities.
Anna Underwood has received the Alberta Municipalities Award of Excellence for outstanding civic leadership.
The town considers Underwood a pillar of community engagement, actively involving youth and families while promoting healthy relationships and inclusivity.
She also serves as the librarian at the town and junior high library and is a member of several local boards and committees.
