Environment Canada issues snowfall warning

The snowfall warning issued by Environment Canada yesterday, (Saturday, October 19) is expected to stay in effect all evening.

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the County of Grande Prairie.

Heavy snow is excepted Sunday night, of amounts up to 10 cm.

According to Environment Canada, the snowfall will begin to taper off tomorrow morning. (Monday, October 21)

Local amounts of up to 10cm are expected, with the “highest amounts south of Highway 43 in the foothills.”
