Four-day service disruption starts Thursday at Fairview Health Complex emergency department

Alberta Health Services says a lengthy service disruption will start Thursday, November 7 in the emergency department at the Fairview Health Complex.

There will be no on site physician from 7:00 a.m. Thursday until 7:00 a.m. Monday, November 11.

Two more disruptions are planned for next week.

One will last from 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12 until 7:00 a.m., Thursday, November 14.

The other will go from 7:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15 to 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 16

911 is still available for emergency calls and nurses will still be on site.

Health Link remains available for non-emergencies by calling 811. It is open all day, every day.
