City of Grande Prairie announces Remembrance Day closures

The City of Grande Prairie is adjusting facility hours of operation for Remembrance Day.

On Monday November 11, multiple facilities will be closed including City Hall, the City Service Centre, Montrose Cultural Centre, and Grande Prairie Museum.

The Ernie Radbourne Pavilion, Eastlink Centre, and Design Works Centre will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Bonnetts Energy Centre will be open for the Grande Prairie Legion Remembrance Day Ceremony from 9:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

A temporary bus stop will located at Bonnetts for the duration of the ceremony.

Transit will operate on holiday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
