UPDATE: Highway 670 intersection reopened following serious vehicle collision

UPDATE:

The intersection of Highway 670 and Range Road 54 has reopened following a serious vehicle collision earlier today.

The route was temporarily closed while the Grande Prairie RCMP were on the scene.

There is no word yet on if there were any casualties in the collision.

Grande Prairie RCMP is currently on scene at a serious motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 670 and Range Road 54.

The route is currently closed, and motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible as traffic cannot proceed through at this time.

An update will be sent out when the scene is clear.
