Grande Prairie Snow Fairies program seeking volunteers

Grande Prairie Seniors Outreach is seeking more volunteers to help local seniors keep their driveways clear of snow.

GPSO’s annual Snow Fairies program has around 42 registered homes, whose occupants are unable to clear their own driveways due to health issues, but not enough volunteers for every home.

Anyone interested in lending a hand by adopting a driveway to work on throughout winter is asked to contact the Seniors’ Outreach office at 780-539-6255.
