Grande Prairie-Wapiti MLA Ron Wiebe says Dr. Benelmokhtar’s arrival reinforces ongoing efforts to provide the highest standard of care for the people of Grande Prairie and ensures mental health services are accessible to those in need.

At the hospital, Dr. Benelmokhtar is supporting the local emergency department, inpatient and outpatient services and is providing community care at the Aberdeen Centre.
