Near Zero visibility predicted in Peace Region fog patches

Environment Canada is advising drivers use caution as heavy fog is expected the evening of December 22 in multiple locations in the Peace Region.

During this time visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero and travel is expected to be hazardous due to the reduced visibility.

There may also be a risk of freezing drizzle in some areas which will lead to slippery conditions.

The fog is expected to dissipate the morning of Monday December 23.
