Poor road conditions may lead to transit delays

The City of Grande Prairie wants to inform transit riders that due to poor winter road conditions, “buses may run behind schedule.”

According to the City, “safety is a top priority” for bus drivers, which may affect the transit schedule as they travel at “slower speeds” and use “extra care when navigating icy roads.”

It’s suggested that residents who use transit, plan their trip ahead of time and stay up to date using resources developed by the City; GP My Ride App & Where’s My Ride Bus Tracker.

Residents are also encouraged to call the City of Grande Prairie at 311, with any additional questions.
